1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when received.

    • In the original packaging, including all safety seals intact.

  • Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, tested, or used.

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns (unless defective).

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@divaeofficial.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost once the issue is verified.


4. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@divaeofficial.com with your return request.

  2. If approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  4. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
